How to start managing renting records: Please! follow bellow instructions...

1. Start by registering your Area(s).
   Menu > Manage Areas > Areas
2. Register area`s blocks and Apartments/Rooms.
   Menu > Manage Areas > Apartments
3. Register apartments/room`s Renters.
   Menu > Renters > Renters List
4. Done. You can now preceed with the reports and other items.

Note: The important data are area registration, apartment/rooms and renters records.
